Welcome to the Sport of Tennis!

Tennis is truly the sport of a lifetime and no matter your age or ability level the USTA has a program tailored to meet your specific needs and interests. Our programs include everything from introductory lessons to recreational leagues to national junior and adult tournaments for all ages.

If you are new to the game, this may sound very confusing and intimidating. However, because tennis is all about FUN, we can help you figure out exactly where to start!

The USTA's USTA Tennis Programs each offer varying types of activities, instruction, and social and competitive play.

Click on the appropriate link below that best describes your tennis age group to help determine which USTA Tennis program might be right for you. If you are still unsure about where to begin you can contact your district (state) office or e-mail your question to us here at the USTA Intermountain Section.
