Toni-Shea Sinclair – Boise, Idaho Tennis Service Representatives (TSR)
Toni-Shea has extensive grass-roots community experience and is a former tennis professional. She developed, planned and presented wellness programs at the Health & Wellness Center in Mountain Home, ID. She developed, managed and facilitated the promotion and implementation of a health promotion project to provide dental care to low-income families while at Southwest Smile Makers in Durango, Colorado. Toni-Shea is also a former member of the Boise State University tennis team.

“I grew up in Idaho. Teaching tennis and personal training supported me in many ways through college while I was a student tennis athlete at BSU. My professional background is in positive behavior change, working with local health departments and agencies in the fitness and wellness industry marketing health promotion programs. I am thrilled to be working locally in my tennis community where I was born and raised promoting my favorite sport with the Intermountain team. Making personal connections with others to facilitate tennis involvement and fun on and off the court is a continued dream come true,” says Toni-Shea.

Jane Waterstradt – Salt Lake City, Utah Tennis Service Representatives (TSR)
Jane has an extensive background in sales and marketing. Her most recent positions prior to joining the USTA Missouri Valley team as a TSR was with the Brooke Franchise Corporation, as the National Insurance Service Manager, and the California Casualty Management Company, as a sales team manager.

Jane is also an avid tennis player and a certified PTR pro. Jane lives in the Kansas City area and is also very active in the city’s tennis scene, playing in several tournaments and on USTA league teams each year.

“I am really excited about the opportunity to contribute to the Intermountain Section.  I first started playing tennis when I moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado…I was instantly hooked! So obviously I have a fondness for the Intermountain Section. If I didn't have such a great experience in Colorado I probably wouldn't be doing what I do today. Tennis has afforded me many opportunities and has enabled me to make new friends quickly. I love teaching kids of all ages.  It is a rush to see them grow and develop on the tennis court and as young people. I am thrilled at the opportunity to help grow tennis in the Utah District,” says Jane.

To contact Jane, email jwaterstradt@ita.usta.com.

Before that, she was employed as a Meeting Planner for Youth for Christ/USA, planning DC/LA ’94, a triennial conference for 26,000 people held in two cities, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles, CA. Tamela has over 17 years experience in Management, Sales & Marketing, and Meeting Planning; and has primarily worked for non-profit associations in senior level positions.

“Tennis is my passion! I fell in love with the sport when I was 9 years old and haven’t stopped playing since. Now, I get to see the administrative side of things working with various events and tournaments for the USTA Intermountain section. It’s truly a joy to help promote the growth of tennis in this industry,” says Tamela.
